Snow play
If the city had a dime for every slippery trip down “O” Avenue in the past few days, they could give everyone free garbage pickups for a month. That’s a weird way of saying folks have had a blast in this neighborhood since the snow hit. I’ve seen moms and dads, kids, teens and twenty-somethings. Snow equipment comes in all shapes and sizes … I even watched a woman on cross country skis brave the slope this afternoon. As I make this entry, however, the rain has started. The end of this new year’s adventure, it appears, may be just around the corner.
