Christmas kickoff 09 - 12/05/2009
Friday night's annual Chamber of Commerce Christmas tree lighting drew a crowd, primarily families taking advantage of the opportunity for children to sing, drink hot chocolate, watch a tree lighting and visit with Santa. Among those responsible for making this event a success are Chamber staffers Stephanie Hamilton, Mary Talosi and Danielle Codara. Chamber Director Mitch Everton welcomed the crowd and introduced Chamber President Zee Hogan. Town Crier Richard Riddell was on hand, as was Santa, who "worked the crowd" after his "surprise" introduction.
