The Anacortes Seahawks lost to Prosser Mustangs Friday afternoon, 61-53, in a loser out game at the state 2A boys basketball tournament in Yakima. A scoring drought for our boys cost the Hawks in the 4th quarter. Kudos to Seahawks players and coaches for a great season with a young team! Can’t wait for year!

I invested some time with this goldeneye duck Thursday as he paddled the north side of the Fidalgo Bay trestle looking to go south. He eventually crossed under to join a couple of friends. A beautiful bird.
