I think I heard that spring is just three weeks away. Evidence in the garden proves that sun and rain have provided vital essentials as regional flora comes to life. Not so much sun, but plenty of rain. Skagit County government’s Facebook page reports that we had 5.78 inches or rain in February, as compares to a 2.84-inch average!
