It was July 2005 when the annual “Community Portrait” hosted by the Anacortes American was taken in front of the shiny new arch greeting guests to downtown Anacortes. Can you find yourself or someone you know in this crowd?
Follow the centerline down Commercial Avenue to the 2011 Anacortes Arts Festival. The 50-year-old festival opens Friday morning and runs through Sunday evening. Good art, good music, good food. Good times.
