Work continues at a San Juan Passage “park” overlooking the state ferry terminal at Ship Harbor. Stonemason Mike Harris (center) has transformed a bluff area in the residential neighborhood with stone stairways, paths and walls configured in an “amphitheater” style. This is going to be a gem among public access facilities on the Anacortes shoreline.
