One could always count in muralist Bill Mitchell to participate in the annual Anacortes Lions Christmas Parade. This photo was taken in 2006, Bill with salmon and Little Mermaid Ariel, all aboard in his familiar three-wheeled electric vehicle, corn cob pipe in place.

Historic mural artist Bill Mitchell participated in the 2006 Christmas Parade, rolling down Commercial in his familiar three-wheeled cart.
