Changing of guard
Outgoing Chamber of Commerce President Pam Allen made things official Thursday night, passing off the ceremonial gavel to 2006 President Bill Berry. A celebration of 2005 accomplishments, as well as a peek ahead to 2006 goals, took place at Tesoro Refinery on March’s Point.
