M/V Soda Phoenix from General Steamship will dock at Port of Anacortes Pier 2 until Oct. 8 to pick up about 22,000 metric tons of petroleum coke, a byproduct of the refining process at HF Sinclair refinery. Loading of pet coke from trucks to ship is handled by local longshoremen.
