Although it’s difficult to appreciate property elevation from this aerial perspective, most homes in this photo boast great views. The neighborhoods, located between 12th Avenue and city forestlands, include Rock Ridge (top, center), with the highest residential elevation lots on Fidalgo Island.
This was a first in my Cap Sante experiences. This gentleman was operating a remote controlled car built for rugged terrain. His little green crawler moved up and down the rocks, sometimes at what appeared to be close to a 90 degree angle.
