This city’s economy experienced an infusion of investment when hundreds of people dropped anchor at Cap Sante Boat Haven for the annual Passage Maker Trawler Fest. This was the scene Saturday afternoon as Trawler Fest participants spilled onto the docks to see display vessels. Upland activities included exhibitor displays, instructional sessions and social events.
