Fall at the beach
Washington Park was busy Saturday, despite a bizarre morning that featured wind, driving rain and even hail. Skies cleared in the afternoon, and by the time I got to the park in late afternoon there was lots of activity. A number of people visited the beach. I was drawn to the rocks to take a photo of the vessel “Hercules,” and then I discovered a father and son fishing. They had just arrived, too, so there were no fish tales.
