Quantum crews in the spotlight
Among Quantum Construction’s current projects are two high profile buildings. On Commercial Avenue is the new Anacortes Family Center administrative building, which will house client services and programs as well as partnerships and designated space for other nonprofits to provide services to their residents. This is a donor funded project.
Next door to Anacortes Automotive in the Island Hospital block is a four-story mixed use building, with a licensed early learning center on the first floor and three floors of affordable housing above. It is a partnership with the Boys and Girls Club and the Anacortes Family Center. It uses the 1/10 of one percent initiative that Anacortes voters approved, plus grants, plus donor funding.
