Eagle release: 2001

I photographed this bald eagle in 2001 at the close of a successful rehab. The bird had been injured by a car on Whidbey Island, was released into the wild again when injuries were healed.

What an incredible experience! A Fall 2005 trip to Chatterbox Falls, British Columbia with a men’s group from my church. There were two sailboats: Skipper Larry Stickles and the Makai and Skipper James Stover aboard the Autumn Light. Falls visible in the distance on a glorious sunny day.
