Snow and ice have “sculpted” scenes like this all over Anacortes Wednesday night. It’s Thursday morning, and weather forecasts call for sun, wind and temperatures in the 28-35 degree range. At this writing it’s 23 degrees outside. I had to move my car off the street, which required entry from the rear door as passenger doors were frozen shut.
