Work continues on 25 new independent living apartments associated with the Chandler’s Square Retirement Community off 12th Avenue in downtown Anacortes. Chandler’s also offers residential units for clients who need assistance services. The apartments will have full size appliances, built in microwaves, dishwashers, washer and dryers, upgraded finishes, and fireplaces. The tower is going to be a clock tower with a face on all four sides, and there will be an enclosed courtyard for everyone to enjoy. Common areas will include a solarium, sun room, state of the art fitness room, movie theater, and a beautiful living room area with a fireplace for everyone to enjoy.
