Sunday marked the final day of Anacortes Arts Festival 2008. It was a great weekend, with great weather. Among eye-catching characters on the street Sunday afternoon was this stilts-walker, swirling a cape as she cast out an invitation to the Dream Science Circus at the Art Depot.
