Every once in awhile I take a photo that prompts me to convert to black and white. Such was the case Tuesday with this slow shutter image I shot from the east tip of Pass Island, just south of Fidalgo Island.
My destination was Kukutali Preserve, but it’s still closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. On to LaConner and through Skagit farmlands.
An encounter with two immature eagles on a Fidalgo Island beach prompted me to put together this small collection of images in black and white. Grateful to spend a few minutes in their world.
