Had the beach to myself this evening at Ship Harbor. Beautiful. And fresh air, too!
Before the latest round of rains came we had blue skies and beautiful cloud formations such as this one to the east of Fidalgo Island.
Yesterday, while celebrating my goddaughter’s birthday, I had the opportunity to simply relax and look up. I saw a seahorse shape in the clouds (white, upside down), while my niece saw a butterfly (blue skies within clouds). A good idea, this cloud-gazing. Kind of like “stopping to smell the roses.”
When I looked out the window this morning I saw strange colors reflected in the hood of the car. There were shades of pink, but by the time I got outside with my camera, the pinks had given way to a striking combination of storm clouds, blue skies and cumulus clouds. Time to begin dressing […]
