Security activity

U.S. Coast Guard vessels and crews gathered at the dock near Randy’s Pier 61 Restaurant Monday. Vessels like these patrol routinely in this area as part of a Homeland Security plan that includes protection of operations such as oil refineries and military bases. I’ll fill in details as they become available.
