Condos on the rise
Among many residential construction projects in the city right now is the 18-unit condominium project called “The Crest at Sunset Cove.” Each unit is 2,900 square feet. Among amenities are “gourment kitchen,” underground parking and an elevator.

Portalis condos
Construction is under way on two three-plex buildings at Portalis, a residential development adjacent to the state ferry terminal at Ship’s Harbor.
