Site work begins on downtown waterfront
Site work is under way on part of the Fidalgo Bay waterfront property owned by MJB partnership. Condo construction continues
In addition to neighboring single-residence homes with sweeping views, construction continues at the 18-unit condominium project called “The Crest at Sunset Cove.” Each unit is 2,900 square feet. Among amenities are “gourment kitchen,” underground parking and an elevator.
Condos by Causland
Foundations are in and framing has begun on a couple of condo units across the street from Causland Memorial Park. This long-vacant lot between 8th and 9th streets will be home to dozens of people after construction is complete. Trees at Causland Park are visible north of this construction.
Shoreline living option
Added to the list of residential options here recently was the Cove at Fidalgo Bay condominium on Fidalgo Bay Road, adjacent to the RV park on Weaverling Spit. The road in front of the condo once served as the main highway in and out of Anacortes. This photograph was taken from the beach.
