Old country look
It was suggested today that this would be a good model for me to keep in mind as I re-define my attitude about my home and “grounds.” I’ve got to admit, I like the stone, and the character of the roofline. Kudos to the homeowner. I’m impressed.

Urban cottage
Anyone who visits or drives by Flounder Bay Arts on 3rd Street in downtown Anacortes must have noticed this handsome little “cottage” next door. I’m not sure of its purpose, but I know it would make a great little business office.
