This is the M/V Legacy, one of three tugboats being constructed by Dakota Creek Industries for Crowley. Plans call for delivery of the Legacy before year’s end.
A visit to historic Curtis Wharf usually offers the opportunity to see a tugboat or two, but on Thursday this Crowley ship was moored there.
