Top derby catch
Anacortes resident Brian Darling’s Saturday catch held on for the win at the 2009 Anacortes Salmon Derby. He came away with the $12,000 first prize with this 18.62 pound beauty. Second place was Jamie Morrow, 17.86; third place Bill Lavalle, 17.70. To honors in the Women’s Division went to Tammy Morris with a 14.62-pound fish. […]
