Extraordinary home
It’s one of the more creative homes in the community. The house, located near Cap Sante, looks to me like something off the pages of a fantasy story.

Industrial dreams
There have been many dreamers in the history of this community. This painting, on display at the Port of Anacortes, illustrates one dreamer’s ideas of what the city’s industrial waterfront would look like some day. There were timber and paper mills, but today’s “industry” is recreational boating.
