Snowy December day: 2008

Snow is the exception rather than the rule on Fidalgo Island. A bit of sleet yesterday inspired me to search the files, where I located these images from December 2008.

Gazebo guests

Today is the perfect day for a walk to the gazebo at the end of the shoreline trail of Rotary Park at Cap Sante Boat Haven. The entrance to this paved trail is near the North Basin restroom/laundry facility (blue roof).

Rotary Park gazebo

Perched above the beach at the end of the paved Rotary Park trail is a small gazebo, pictured here from Cap Sante. This beautiful shoreline trail is accessed from the North Basin area of Cap Sante Boat Haven.
