Jacob Navarro of Spoonshine performs a song during the opening half of a Friday evening concert held in birthday tribute to Heart of Anacortes co-founder Chris Terrell. Performing Saturday night at the Heart of Anacortes was local singer Lane Fernando. The Heart of Anacortes is a new 4th Street music venue offered by Mark Edson and Chris Terrell. Performing with Fernando were Skagit County musicians Steve Stolpe, Dan Duggin and Stuart Torgerson.
