Swadabs Park in La Conner
This photo was taken at Swadabs Park, created by the Swinomish Tribe at the site of ancestral village Txiwuc. The Swinomish Channel park features three such pavilions resembling woven cedar hats.

Tribal gathering places
Two of three Swinomish Tribe cultural pavilions on the Fidalgo Island shoreline of the Swinomish Channel in La Conner. Swadabs Park features numerous interpretive signs with excerpts of tribal history and culture. The pavilion design is inspired by traditional cedar hats created by tribal weavers.
