Imagine my surprise when I discovered this beautiful bug climbing wildgrass at Cap Sante. And she wasn’t the only ladybug I found, either. Perhaps I stumbled onto a rare of breed of mountain bugs?
I know there’s nothing particularly dramatic about this photo, but I was excited to get my first ladybug shot of the summer. Most of these little garden guests are “uncooperative,” at best. Now that I’ve spotted one, I’ll be on the lookout for more.
