Plotting next move
A Cap Sante bathed in sunlight drew a steady stream of visitors Saturday, some on foot but most arriving in vehicles. This couple, dressed in Harley Davidson jackets, sat on a bench overlooking downtown Anacortes as they reviewed a map and plotted out their next move on their motorcycle.
