This Seattle man celebrated the re-opening of state parks and public fishing Tuesday morning by visiting North Beach at Deception Pass State Park. A fish would just be icing on the cake. It was a beautiful day, and exciting to have COVID-19 restrictions lifted to some degree. Bring on “Phase Two!”
