After a three-year hiatus due to COVID restrictions, the U.S. Navy base in Oak Harbor opened its gates today for a well-attended Community Open House featuring SAR helicopters, electronic warfare aircraft, static displays, NW Navy Band, food, games and informational booths. Smiles all ’round. Fly Navy!
