Paving the way
After weeks of prep work, paving finally got under way Wednesday on “H” Avenue, just short of the point where the city street becomes Heart Lake Road. In addition to the re-paving, this stretch of “H” Avenue now features sidewalks, curbs and gutters. This photo was taken looking north from 41st Street.
