This group photo was taken in July 2008 at the “Focus Fidalgo” Pier One project groundbreaking hosted by the Port of Anacortes. This project, which also involved the state Department of Ecology, was vital to a series of major upgrades at the Dakota Creek Industries ship yard on the Guemes Channel.
