Distinct roofline
When we were newlyweds renting a home on 8th Street, we used to walk all over the “old” part of residential Anacortes. Among the most interesting homes is this one, which features a distinctive roof and a view of the Guemes Channel.

Roof project
It’s been up the ladder to the roof at our house for the past few days as Rich builds a new roof over the top of our 48-year-old home. Front yard sentinel is Cody the bird dog. Right now it’s all about staying dry.
