Hmmm. I don’t know details, but this sign just went up on Highway 20 (Fidalgo side of Deception Pass) declaring “Whidbey Scenic Isle Way.” Will talk to my ranger friends at Deception Pass State Park.

This sign went up this recently at the edge of Pass Lake on Highway 20, on the Fidalgo Island side of Deception Pass State Park.
