Mixed use beach
Rosario Beach on Fidalgo Island has something for everyone. This Labor Day scene shows beachwalkers, scuba diver and tide pool explorers. Folks just up the hill enjoyed a picnic lunch.

Bustling waterfront
Sunday afternoon sun drew many to the shoreline of Fidalgo Bay at Seafarers’ Memorial Park. Among those I saw were two scuba divers, small sailboat students, power boat owners and families.
