Industry meets recreation
It was Wednesday night when I pulled over near Anacortes Marina to take this shot of sailboats crisscrossing Fidalgo Bay. Visible in the foreground are wrapped, tubular sections of wind tower columns being produced by T Bailey crews here in Anacortes.
