Trillium buds on trail
Success! My forest walk included this sighting of a budding trillium plant. I hope I get to see it blossom fully, but bicycle and horse tracks nearby have me worried about its future.

Walking road and forest
Time again Saturday to combine photography and exercise, moving up “O” Avenue and down, off into the trail system of the Anacortes Community Forest Lands (ACFL). Songbirds, horse in pasture, trillium and spring growth. Very relaxing. Time well spent.
