Walkers enjoy a morning stroll at West Beach, Deception Pass State Park.
This point at the base of Cap Sante has no name that I’m aware of, but the reality is it cannot be reached by car. The gazebo lies at the end of a pedestrian-only walkway sponsored by the Rotary Club. The path follows the contour of the north basin of Cap Sante Boat Haven.
