Progress on parkway
Dramatic things are happening at Weaverling Spit as work continues on the Tommy Thompson Parkway Trail. This photograph was taken Sunday at Fidalgo Bay Resort, where railroad ties and tracks are piling up as a trail is created on the abandoned Burlington Northern line.
