Winter on waterfront

A team from Shell Puget Sound Refinery works diligently, decorating a Christmas tree as part of Island Hospital Foundation’s annual Celebration of Trees at the Port of Anacortes Transit Shed Event Center. The theme of this year’s fund-raising event is Winter on the Waterfront. Funds raised during a weekend auction benefit Island Hospital
