Watching over Canoe Pass: 2013
One of my favorite eagle shots, for some reason. This eagle perched on a snag over Canoe Pass. I’ve passed over this bridge countless times over the years and have only seen an eagle on that cliff site once or twice. The snag has since suffered the ravages of time.

Artist Point: June 2015
It was a glorious day in June 2015 when we made the trek to Artist Point in Whatcom County. Artist Point is located at the very end of Mount Baker Highway, State Route 542 and boasts 360-degree views of Mount Shuksan and Mount Baker, as well as access to a variety of trails.
