A reunion of old friends brought me to McMinnville, Oregon, where I was delighted to tour the Evergreen Aviation Museum, which houses an amazing aircraft collection including Howard Hughes’ “Spruce Goose” (actually Hughes Flying Boat H-4). The visit was too brief. See www.sprucegoose.org.
