Each day brings dramatic changes at Cap Sante Boat Haven, the public marina operated by the Port of Anacortes. Improvements at the marina will include a focus on pedestrian-friendly design. Some new boat slips have been installed, too. See www.portofanacortes.com for details about the project.
Fidalgo Island is the place to fuel your boat fantasies. Sunday is the third and final day of the 2006 Anacortes Floating Boat Show, a free show at the Port’s Cap Sante Boat Haven. The show is open at 10 a.m. Sunday, and features boats of all sizes.
