Local band Cascadia Groove provided the entertainment Wednesday, July 19 at the Port of Anacortes Summer Concert event at Seafarers’ Memorial Park. Serving as a backdrop to the free outdoor performance were Mt. Baker and local sailboats out for a weekly race.
