Towering clouds drew me downtown to Seafarers’ Memorial Park. The amazing clouds prompted me to “go vertical” for this shot, which includes the “Lady of the Sea” statue and a power boat leaving Cap Sante Marina.

Construction continues on “A” Dock at Cap Sante Marina, as viewed from Cap Sante Saturday morning, February 21. This dock is otherwise known as the commercial dock. Among those who utilize the dock are Island Adventures and the Marine Spill Response Corporation (MSRC). The marina is owned and operated by the Port of Anacortes.
